Col'Cacchio

My time at Col'Cacchio was short-lived. I didn't get to see much of the restaurant as I had outside seating, yet what I saw is a story to write about.

I honestly did not plan on leaving my house that day, yet I was told to get ready in about 15 minutes as I was being picked up. I did complain as 15 minutes was a short time to get ready and ended up tying my shoes in the car.

We arrived at the Grove Mall and the first thing I did was buy the Ghost Pepper Noodles for a bet I seemed to have gotten myself in. After the bought noodles and walking around the mall, we had to look for a food place and my companion was shocked at Col'Cacchio still standing as his mother told him it has closed down.

My companion and I found ourselves seated outside as there was no space inside, a bussy day I assume. After getting the menu, we decided on a half and half pizza as I was in the mood for something hot and he not. The service was great and he got our pizza and drinks and ate away at a delicious oven-fired pizza.

I finally found out where the potted plant wall is in Windhoek and had a picture with it taken in the background.

The menu is not only limited to pizzas as it offers salads and pasta dishes as well. On the menu, it indicates if the dish is spicy or vegan friendly.

I definitely would want to go back there yet this time with indoor seating as to experience and grasp the interior as there is not much to see outside when seated.
